One thing is sure this generation has definitely seen better days and its the longest running console cycle ever,i will be surprised if Sony release a Ps4 next year as i would have thought they would have looked into how the Nintendo U [terrible name] will do and go on from there.

Saying that if Microsoft release a updated version of the RROD called the 720 then pressure will mount on Sony and i don't see them waiting and releasing there new generation console a year later like the PlayStation 3 ..

360 and playstation new consoles wouldnt appear next year, they'd be announced maybe, but physically released? nope, would be surprised if they didnt appear until 2014.

As for the WiiU, its speced slightly lower than the 360 in terms of actual performance, nintendo architecture always was weird though.
