The party modes are nice, though not used them, and in game chat/messaging with any of your friends is good on Xbox

My PS3 was used a fair bit, but post the PSN outage, it now gets switched on for blu-rays and then turned off. Was the older large model three years old, so don't feel I've wasted money. Guess the new 360 will last me till the next wave of ps4/720
