The original MW wasn't exactly ground breaking as such but it certainly was something new, something beautiful.
For MW3 to be push new boundaries it'd have to have vehicles or something and then it would only be a Battlefield clone.

Well we know there is no vehicles included but that will not break this game as long as it sticks to MW formula.
