In what sense do you mean I am the minority as my reading is you're more or less on the same page as me from what you just wrote.
My comment meant that I feel the unlocks are unnecessarily complex and convoluted and I assume it's a minority view as I imagine, from the success of COD MW and the unlock system in that that the majority view must be favourable of that kind of thing; the marketing formula is right, the game sells, the kids love it and that's why the developers have gone to such lengths to expand the silly unlock/perks bs to the extent they have and then BF3 have essentially (to my far less informed) mind, essentially copied it.
I don't like it particularly and from what I just read, you don't like it much either? I prefer the system in BF2, at least it was clear (from BF2stats.com or whatever it's domain was/is not in game) what was coming next and when it would all end. In BF3, it's fubar and a distraction. So, please elucidate as I'm not sure what you mean and want to make sure I'm reading you right. I'm seriously sleep deprived though so might just be totally braindead so please bear that in mind for why I'm asking if it's obvious. Thanks.
