Yeah it uses that cable for chat unlike the playstation which uses Bluetooth for chat,Is a pain in the backside really and something better could have been implemented.

Can not keep up with technology and there are far better headsets on the market way better than Turtle beach having done some research............Even Corsair Vengeance 2000 Wireless Gaming Headphones [the Ram suppliers ]have just bought out a range of gaming devices and a lovely looking headset

T2D Which are the better PS3 headset and mics??
I have the Turtle beach PX21 but the cable is on it's way out and the mic is getting a bit loose, won't be alive much longer .
Doesn't bother me having a cable, in fact I'd rather have one than keep charging/replacing batteries
