Spook Fifa is awesome these days, since Ultimate Team has been out it's been a completely different game online. My online play time is 237 hours now on Fifa and only 135 on BF3!

Really sorry I can offer no advice to this issue as I have no experience of it, it has been working fine for me on the Xbox recently. Like you say 13 will be out in September but it would be good to iron it out in case you wait and it happens again

Out of interest Jax, for direct comparison, what are your connection stats, ping etc. and how many share that connection at one time?

And in case the OP is reading this thread in flat view (like me), it might also help him diagnose his connection if he posted his stats up. Might not necessarily be best to post 'em here though as he might get a better response from forums with more knowledgeable people in.

Sorry if this info doesn't format properly. Essentially I'm with Be, using fastpath with interleaving switched off/to gaming mode. I had some (serious) trouble with my line whilst BT were fitting new fibre optic cabinets on my street but everything is sweet as could be right at moment though I haven't stressed my line for a long while as I haven't gamed online for a bit. Downloading at a steady max of 2.1MBs from Steam. Yum.

The PSN seems to bottom out at 1.5-2MBps for me nowadays.

I used to get around 4.5MBps from iTunes. That was proper yum.

4 and half megs? That's just greedy! But yeah, big YUM!

Now that my own connection is behaving itself again (after a long [censored] time of trouble) and provided Be don't mess the BBC iPlayer thing up too much, I'm kind of happy to stick with Be even though my own street has just been upgraded to that lovely stuff, fibre optic cable!

It's tempting but I don't really trust BT as my experience tells me they are incredibly incompetent and make a pigs ear out of the simplest things. But yeah, having 20 meg up would be luverly! Crikey, I received a letter from BT informing me fibre had landed and now, having just checked the online checker on their site, it's saying it's slipped back again till end of [censored] September. What the [censored]? [censored].

[censored] them. Crikey. I've had it with them and I'm not even with them. They take the [censored] though. I've never sworn so much in my life (well, not on a public forum). Just as well they've got a very - cough - effective naughty word filter in place here.

Apologies to the OP for going off topic. From what Jaxx has been saying I don't see why you should have the trouble you're having. Reckon he's your best bet for an intelligent answer here as it currently stands. I last played Fifa when it was Fifa '98 I think (back on the PS One). If I remember correctly, '96 was a real classic and one which my so called mates used to give me a regular thrashing whenever I was round his place. He could literally beat me one handed.
