Metro Last Light

Not a new clip but I hadn't picked up on this game.

I really like the look of it and would rather this than Crysis 3. Anybody know much about it?

Metro 2033 is a weird game, although it is quite good (completed it twice).

First off, you need to get used to the "Russian" accents - then you need to get used to the fact that most of the scripted is underground and thus gloomy with very little light, making targeting a problem.

Not a game to be played if you are depressed!

The main problem with 2033, which hopefully will be fixed in 2034 is that it has almost no replay value - apparently it will be having a moultiplayer mode.

Loved the ghost train bit. What is the relationship between this game and Metro Last Light?

Last light is supposed to be set a year after the first game finishes, and continues from the "bad" ending of it.

Am I right in thinking that 2033 was not released on console Toady? I really liked the look of that clip.

Apparently it came out on OnLive (!), XBox 360 and Windows...

Thanks for those mate.

It's on rails (excuse the pun) but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I think I would give a future PS3 version a try. (Don't tell t2d, but I quite like the military/monster/alien genre. And whatever you do don't mention the Resistance franchise! ).

The tram sections I think were the best bits. The sequel does have some as well, which is good - just hope its not so linear...
