Yeah, I reckon you're right there mate. Can't disagree at all.

Max Payne 3 is a good shooter game for sure. Lots of variety though there were a few things that irked me throughout the game. Mostly the take cover option and getting stuck on things in some very bad positions (ie - totally exposed!) Also, weapons management could've been a lot better. I was forever dropping my big gun (assault rifle/whatnot). And Pablo was useless.

But with a chance to revisit scenes straight outta Hobokken, New Jersey, you can't complain too much! Definitely one to replay...

May be your getting confused Swanny the pills are just for extra health . which obviously you have used when playing the game.
