Hi just been looking for a new TV and although i was not looking at 3D specifically i cane across this TV on ebuyer cracking value it says its 120hz and in description says Available in HD 3D YES, dose that mean if i use a AMD 5xxx-7xxx card the TV would work with 3D (like Nvidia vision) or even be able to use with Nvidia 3D vision (i prefer Nvidia cards) im in the market for a new card and if this TV dose support it i might as well get a card that also supports it and use it for films/games just use a xbox control when wanting to play on TV loll, cant find much info about the TV on google so thanks for any help

EDIT

Seam to of found it after all after manually looking on there site via their menus Think this is it

It's possible, I have played games in 3d on my samsung 40" HDTVs (have two as monitors) with a 7970.

However, there are no TVs that accept a 120hz input at 1080p, they simply do frame interpolation on a 60hz input. You have to use iz3d drivers.

So, you either do:
1080p60 in Side by Side format, 60 frames per second for each eye but effectively half resolution for each eye.
1080p30 in AFR or AMD HD3D mode, this is frame packing and means you get full resolution but each eye only gets 30fps, ok for games like Civ5 but awful for anything with motion
720p60 in AFR/HD3D, which is good and 60fps per eye, but lower resolution and not a native resolution for decent TVs.

In short, get a monitor if you want to game in 3D because TVs are awful at it! There are some 60hz (per eye, 120hz total) options if if are willing to spend a fortune on a 3D projector setup.

The iz3D drivers are a bit clunky, and an addtional cost. Personally I'd go with nVidia for 3d so I wasn't having to deal with a 3rd party (iz3D also works with nVidia so you can have both options depending on the compatibility of a particular game).

Force Unleashed 2 was awesome in 3d tho!!

as said i ultimately did get a 3D monitor my usage for a TV was never primarily 3D gaming it was just a if its got it, it might be nice, But the TV has now been out of stock about 5 days and i needed a monitor asap as my current ones on the blink, i will wait till they get the TVs in stock again or look at diff model after xmas. i use my monitor as a tv at min so a 27" mon is still an improvement over a 22" one for watching tv on

Well, not since the last time I looked!

Nah. I'm still packing me doodahs down there so guess nothing's changed.

Might've been an interesting diversion though!
