Why Xbox One Fails

Yeah seen it mate and was extremely funny,i watched countless trashing videos of the xbox one which as a gamer i am not happy about.

The mind boggles as to what Microsoft key men were thinking about and i don't know how they can turn this around,only a Magical E3 presence totally focussed on Games and mind blowing New IP'S can they at least redeem themselves,but personally i think they have done extreme damage to the Xbox Brand and have handed the next generation console war well and truly right into Sony Hands.

I am a supporter of all great gaming consoles but sadly the once great Nintendo are in decline and have seriously lost there way especially with the Joker in the pack the Nintendo Wii U which apart from been seriously under powered for a suppose next generation console it also has no decent games and 3rd party developers eloping at a frantic rate.

The only positive thing i saw from the Xbox One [stupid name] presentation was there commitment and announcement that it will ship worldwide Holiday 2013.

Now if Sony are wise and have learnt there lesson they will do exactly the same,because as we know they have stated at the moment with there Feb Reveal that it will ship Holiday 2013 in at least one territory .

Given Sony recent Playstation releases that territory has never been Europe there biggest fan base but the americas and Japan with Europe always coming some 5 months later normally around March.

If they do the same then they will have made a fatal mistake and it may well force people that have no real interest in Xbox One to purchase that console to play the next generation games that will ship november time.

I love games especially games like the Playstation exclusive The last of Us in 3 weeks time,given whats out in November like Watchdogs,Destiny and a load of others ,why would i want to play these games on last generation hardware when there is a next generation console on the market.

So Sony if you really want to sink the Microsoft Ship then release the Playstation 4 at the same time and gamers will flock to your console in there droves unless Microsoft have something really special up there sleeves but I'm calling they don't.

Another Good Read and to be honest you don't have to go far to find so much negativity towards Microsoft.

At a cost yes am sure they will add another CPU

A good lunchtime giggle, to lighten my thoughts the Xbox 1.

I wonder if its too late in the game for either of them to change specs...like swapping in some more ram etc.

Ram would not be a big issue as i would guess they have a few extra slots,Sony have little need to add anymore as there specs are fine.

Microsoft as you know said they will ship the Xbox 1 with 8gig of ram but did not mention what type so we are guessing that it is what was rumoured the GDR 3 or whatever you call it.

Its all a bit of a smoke storm if you ask me and there are more questions to answer after there so called Reveal than there was before it.

Personally i think they have just crapped on the core audience, the gamers that would have bought the console on Day 1and i think they have really opened up a huge can of worms and gone completely in the wrong direction.

Even though its so heavily media focussed ,outside of the USA its virtually useless........Not that i give a rats [censored].

It would be quite amusing if all that stuff they showed us for the TV experience did not work in the UK! To make it work here it will at least need to work with Sky and Virgin Media.

Xbox one will use DDR3 vs GDDR5 for PS4. Higher bandwidth at the expense of cost and availability. I think I'd rather have GDDR5 though!

They have already said some of the multimedia functions regarding Tv wont work outside of the USA .

Suppose we will just have wait for E3 and the Microsoft no show part two,if they have any basic knowledge and understanding and watch all the twitter,facebook and all the other Media fury then they will step up there act.

After all Facebook and Twitter and the Rest are all social Media and they certainly know a lot about MEDIA.

However they have too actually read what's being said in media in the first place, then god forbid, actually counter and be positive. I can't see Microsoft from this point, pull off E3! All I see from Microsoft these days is innovative in ways to wreck their loyal customer base. They deserve what's coming.
