I used to do that too! Nowadays I don't bother. I remember AVG antivirus was timed to come on at a particular hour and I'd always forget to disable it. The slowdown in BF1942 'Desert Combat mod' was incredible. If I was caught out I had to go stop it pronto! Ah. Great days...

Good times indeed. That was my PC gaming hay day 98-2003, TFC, CS, BF1942, lag and 2 hour disconnects
