Nice one have you noticed any performance increase since upgrading it to a Hybrid drive ?

Trance I had to reinstall Battlefield 4 and Killzone and the only performance I have seen really are the guys with the YouTube videos comparing the standard HDD Drive in the Playstation 4 ,then the Hybrid Drive and then the ultra expensive SSD drives that cost a small fortune.

I think the installation speed would be limited by the disk drive if it is a physical copy.. how about load times, or installing a digital copy ?

Put a video in the previous post, to be honest mate I know the Hybrid drive is faster from the videos I watched, especially This One but I didn't do it for loading time and speed improvements but for more space even though I know it performs better.

I never ever had a Stop watch when installing and loading games in the first place,I have watched some negative stuff surrounding the Xbox One and it's install procedure ,apparently the Game Ryse is only playable after waiting about 30 minutes.

The Playstation 4 is way quicker at installing games and it's only a matter if a minute before you can start playing any Playstation 4 game.

And this Sucker has just bought one and I read this on N4G 10 minutes later, it's not a deal breaker but waiting up to 30 minutes to play a game is criminal for a next generation console if this is indeed true,Jaxx would know but he isn't around at present and I will take what Jaxxy says more serious than other media I have read ,as long as he does not speak with Fork tongue and tells the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth

Jaxx swears by his Xbox One and he seems well impressed and that's a good enough reason for me to want one,to be honest just before the Playstation 4 was about to ship to myself around the 25 November Shopto.net had a limited amount if Xbox One launch bundles on there site for a few days,I went to order one about 24 hours later and they had sold out.

So in theory I would have had both at the same time if I had ordered when I first saw the opportunity but declined and missed them next day.

Now I don't know if Microsoft supply chain is better than Sony but you can basically pick up a Xbox One anywhere know and you can not find a Playstation 4 for love or Money, Shopto have every bundle on there site and in Game today when I was out shopping that had plenty in that particular shop,but I hate game and ordered when I got home .

Cheers that's a great video Hybrid is the way to go then. Definitely no point going for a SSD and actually there isn't all that much difference between the standard HDD and the hybrid but still it's worth it for not much more money.

yes I dont get why people benchmark install times, plus install speed isnt that important, its loading times during gameplay.

Think all I'm going to say is ��Wow its Massive��.Sort of thing my Girlfriend says most days

Ryse is suppose to look like the best of all the next generation games but didn't exactly bowl reviewers of the game over and only really got mediocre scores at best,but then again Killzone Shadowfall had some of the same so guess its horses for courses ��..I think we got to wait until March and Titanfall and the Playstation 4 exclusives to really get the full potential of both systems��..Im just praying smoke don't start coming out of this Xbox one like the couple of Youtube videos i watched the past few days.

Already sent a faulty Playstation 4 back so I'm not going to be to impressed if indeed lightening strikes twice,i know one thing I'm running out of HD ports with the Sky,Nintendo Wii U and Playstation 4 and now this Xbox One.

I only wish that they had released the systems with some real killer games��..But thats console launches for you and the only few times i can think of a system and a killer game system seller would be Mario 64 on the Nintendo 64 and Halo on the original Xbox.

Good video, so it seems even a 1TB drive isn't going to take much to fill. Buy the time I get around to buying my PS4 2TB drives should be cheap
