Thanks mate , still looks a interesting game would like to see a update though when the online is populated as it could be another GTA to start with , which was a superb game once the online was sorted .

Just bought it from town, traded in Marvel Superheroes, Black Flag and GTA5 so I got the game for free!

I have put it in and you'll be happy to know T2D it took 9 mins to install and I'm now on it. Will let you know what I think in a couple of hours!!

Initial thoughts are it's good fun, there is a lot to do in the game and is very hectic. You can be driving around looking for the next story mission and 2 or 3 side missions pop up, another player might join your game or some other random event.

I quite like it when other people join it gets very intense trying to find them. I've only done a out 6 story missions so far but they haven't wowed me as much as GTA did. Hopefully they will get a bit more exciting as it goes on, there seems to be plenty of them.

Hacking cameras and creating decoys etc is good. Very assassins creedy in that way. The best bit is getting chased by police or enemies and using the bollards, traffic lights etc to wipe them out

Hi guys.
Well it arrived at 2 pm loaded it up and I'm impressed,graphically it's no Infamous second son but looks nice all the same,as for missions I've done very little apart from taking on a robber and getting to my first hideout.

Like Jaxx said there is plenty to do and the map seems pretty full,noticed some of the mini games are on the map but have not seen the Mechanical spider game which is what I'm interested in playing.

Don't know if I'm connected online as it didn't notice the option as I was loading the game or saw anything in the menu to turn it of.

It did say connecting to Ubisoft servers but that failed,but then I tried again it connected.

Overhaul it doesn't look as crisp and sharp as the E3 2012 build but I'm well pleased at present and I'm yet to actually do anything if I'm honest.

The hacking is great fun but I would say from what little driving I have done this is the poor part of the game and it's very arcade like in terms of handling .



On a serious note I think I am really going to enjoy this Watchdogs,until I have spent 5/6 hours on the game it's hard to give a full opinion.

Not played any of the multiplayer and I don't really intend yo until I have got really used to the controls,map and hacking ability.

I guess I can be invaded though.....but not by Jaxx or Jorkila .......

Update.....

Now about 2 hours in and I'm really in love with this game,prefer it to the mighty GTA5 without doubt,not that I'm a great admirer of the GTA series but that game was a class product even though the driving of any of the flying vehicles was a pain in the butt..


I just love the stealth and action and hacking is great,just as well as really this is all about hacking ,the ability to hack into things like cameras and then move on to the next camera is genius .

Like I said it's a really nice looking game but I wouldn't say next generation nice,but from the very limited time I have spent playing it I'm having a ball....

Can not wait until later this evening to load it back up and explore some more because as if yet I have achieved about 1% of what's on offer and have virtually seen and done nothing but have had so much enjoyment the last few hours.....

I'm sure it's going to be one of my top ten games based on the small amount of playtime I have put in it.
Found the online mode in the settings and that is set to on for invasion,as of yet nobody has invaded my game and stole my 2$ I hacked
At the end of the day it's nice that a game looks really as nice as possible and Watchdogs doesn't disappoint ,it's also nice that when you actually start playing a new game it's hard to switch of,and same again applies to Watchdogs it doesn't disappoint .

Well impressed but I'm guessing there is so much more to do and talk about over the next few weeks,if you think about it my initial thoughts are about 1% of the game!I have yet to touch a mini game!get hacked or play any of the online modes.....so fingers crossed I might feel even more impressed at a later date"........

Mate wait until you play the spider tank mini game it's amazing! SO much fun. You can unlock new abilities for him and all sorts. The mini games are really well thought out. Rocking around in a big spider tank shooting down choppers whilst climbing up buildings is a ruck of fun!

Yeah mate those type of mini games I can spend countless hours on trying to achieve high scores and ranking up,when I first saw this spider mini game about a month ago I said to myself I would actually buy this game just to play these addictive mini games..

I'm really liking it Mate just a pity we all have different systems,long time since I was immersed in a game,infamous was the last .

Think the explosion effects are awesome,collision detection quite poor though ,to me the vehicles and driving are the weaker aspects if the game and don't go with the feel of the game,it's a minor gripe but these mechanics should have been stronger with the such a great game.

When driving I feel that I could be playing Crazy Taxi without the cartoon type characters .

Interesting to see the reviews which by all accounts are a little hit and miss and most thinking it great but others giving it average scores at best.

Meta critic it's at 84% and again some readers have really bashed the game yet others think it's awesome like me .....

Yeah matey I'm loving it going to put a fair few hours in later this evening .

Oh i forgot to mention ,it has the most realistic water effects i have ever seen in a Game Seriously the water looks real .
