Also Microsoft need to do something revolutionary to make the under powered Xbone a more attractive proposition .

And more features and functionality is how the Xbone was marketed .
Precisely.

The one revolutionary thing Microsoft can do for the Xbox one, is put some serious effort into making great exclusives, just as Sony always has. Then there would be less argument about marginal or not differences between the consoles. Quantum Break looks fantastic, if we can be sure it was genuine Xbox footage. More of the same will boost their sales, not cloud boosting and windows support.

Another reason why I bought into the Xbox One Quantum Break, but sadly it's another delay which seems to be a pattern with current generation systems.....

Think features and functionality is also a rout Microsoft are going to go down , the xbone might not be able to pump out pixel like a PS4 but it already does allot of other things the PS4 can't and allot is still to come .

That will not appeal to hardcore gamers but will appeal to casual gamers , and most casuals have not brought into next gen .

It was marketed as the " centre of your digital world " and that is still where I think Microsoft are going with the development .

Might seem a strange thing but I honestly believe you need competition in all markets , a monopoly is not good for consumers , so I do hope the Xbox one pulls some sales back over Christmas .

seen some stats which were put on a youtube vi, as it was in response to so called true gamers saying they dont want [censored] like netflix on their console.

in .us homes consoles are the most popular way to stream media content, and something like half of console owners want it to do more than just play games.

Personally I think if steam games were playable on the device I think thats a great move, as from where I sit the weakest thing about the new consoles is lack of content. I also think the pc market is growing and certian companies are recognising that.

Is the console too weak?

Its too weak if you only care about 1080p and high end graphics. But there is more to gaming than FPS and pixel count. Alot of gaming performance is down to how well a game is developed, e.g. watchdogs brought high end pc's to their knees, that wasnt due to hardware but due to lazy coding.

Be interesting to here more of Forza Horizons and more of Jorkila thoughts and impressions, briefly he has said it looks really good but I would like to know more.

Since I'm not keen on Racing games in general, buying Drive Club has basically killed of any chance of me buying Forza, even if Jorkila says it's brilliant.

Since you have Forza Horizons Kila and have seen Drive Club what looks better mate in your honest opinion Fanboyism aside wink .

Come on ......Be Honest .....I'm all ears.

Having seen both I'm calling Drive Club and I would have no hesitation to say Forza if I thought that was what I thought regardless of system.

I genuinely wouldn't want to pick the 2 games apart mate, Horizon 2 is a truly beautiful game, the weather/dust/particle effects are truly what next generation is all about and being a forza fan the gameplay/control is solid with the right settings on/off!! (had an absolute blast online last night too)!!
As for driveclub, again it's what next gen is all about on the face of it but without playing it I couldn't judge. If the gameplay match the graphics we've seen in the videos (which horizon 2 does) then you ps4 boys are in for a real treat!!
