You need separate logins or to clear all cache, history and cookies after surfing for xmas pressies. Or use the google thing that turns it off.

I use Blur, adblock plus, ghostery and self destructing cookies
Plus I run CCleaner every couple of days

The actual adverts should be controlled by the cookies but if you don't clear cache and history then your wife could stumble across things anyway (especially history). Separate logins would generally be a better idea but depends on how much you trust each other wink
