No they didn't. They sold the MMO division (confirmed in your own link). It's the sale of a well established network. Sony Electonics as a whole struggling to compete against LG, Samsung and the like, simply means opportunity knocked for "Daybreak Gaming".

PS4 exclusives will never go to Xbox and vice versa. They're too important in the console sector.
