Goldilocks did crazy.

It looks like a really great interesting game, but and this is a BIG But? will it eventually get boring given the depth and scale of the game.

I mean Jorkila spends an average of 10 minutes tops playing a game before he moves on to something else and then its rinse, repeat through his whole game collection, sell the Xbox One and buy a Metal Mickey and join you in the Trainspotters club wink.

Indeed, the 64 million dollar question!

I can imagine it being fun if the interaction with the other ships/freighters is as promised. Like he said, you can play the whole game as a space shooter if you like, and just hoover up all the spoils of war. smile
I liked the application of the wanted level (GTA styley) with those sentinel geezers too. It's like a non blockey Minecraft in space. smile

I reckon it could be a real watershed moment in gaming. Think of procedural generation in open world adventure games. Done propely it could be awesome, making for much bigger games without the commensurate development costs?

Definitely interested in this game. I am blown away by the scale of it, not sure if that will be a good thing or not. Nice to see something so different and intriguing though.

Yeah, I definitely won't be one of those people that get to the centre of the Galaxy. I doubt Timey will get back into orbit, once he realises the whole of his first planet is destructible! smile

But I do think the size of it will be intriguing and keep people playing, even if just casually, for many months. In some ways it looks like it could be a bit of a chill out game. Like the guy said, most people like the idea of exploring, a la Minecraft perhaps, but without building bases.

Nomadic exploration if you like, where you just upgrade your means of transport and your weaponry and then hoof it. That's what I'm inferring and hoping for anyway. smile
