vulkan release

So now the new API is released, we will hopefully see more data coming through in performance and quality as well as more driver support, currently its significantly slower than directX but I think on windows systems this gap will shrink quickly and I would hope it will outperform DX11 and older as well.

The saving grace for take up and could be DX12's downfall is microsoft decided to make DX12 windows 10 exclusive, this leaves a large market of people on older operating system's that vulkan can be targeted at only been up against the older weaker DX version.

Personally I think linux wont catch up due to how small its share is but any improvements in API on mobile and windows will probably at least help linux a bit so that will shrink its gap I think.

Samsung's latest flagship mobile (S7 I think?) now supports Vulkan.
