ok so the answer to my first question was physical copies cannot be shared so no point in my second question.
By shared I meant digital rights sharing.
It did sound like a rather strange question with an obvious answer, so I assumed you meant digital rights. But that would mean jail breaking your onsole to play a copy, which obviously wouldn't be acceptable.
You're looking at it from the wrong direction. Sony aren't actually allowing you to share the content. They are just not preventing you from playing it on any console you choose. The thought of sharing your login and passwords with other people (especially those with funny accents) is likely enough to prevent most people from doing it.
What I think is wrong, is that I have to buy the same content for different platforms. I can copy an MP3 download on to disk to play in the car. If I have bought a game for the PS4, why shouldn't I be entitled to torrent one for the PC? I e already paid once for the content. It couldn't work the other way round because Sony/MS would lose their markup for buying from the console stores.
