I thought it was the ps4 I bought from sainsburys but I remember that was the 2nd ps3 I bought from sainsburys
Oh well looks like I have to wait for the ps4.5 to come out

Get a third party repair? There were plenty of places doing it for ps3, not sure about the ps4 though.

Well after trying all of the other fixes none of which worked I decided to try the tear the rubber foot off from underneath the eject button and last night played Division for 1 hour and 10 minuets smile
So hopefully it works ok again

Right underneath the eject button is a little rubber foot. It presses against the eject button. I pulled it out so that it can't press smile
