That's why I said not the exclusives, but why should we have to pay twice for the multiplats?

Some company's give you a free DVD version when you buy a film on BluRay. Amazon used to give you a free MP3 download when you purchase a CD.

If I buy a PS4 version at a premium, I should get the PC key for free I reckon.

You mean something like COD or the New Battlefield,don't think this is what Sony would do because this benefits only Microsoft really doesn't it with all there Windows based PC market.

If you think about it its a very good ploy from Microsoft aiming at those like myself that have both consoles to buy the Xbox One version.

Obviously i have to have a PC for this to be beneficial which i don't because I'm not of the Geeky Nature.

But look at someone like Jorkila,that has a Xbox One ,and a Playstation 4 and a underpowered PC.............Now he is going to be tempted and switch from his playstation 4 purchase based on the the fact he can play it for free on his PC..

If Sony owned Windows then i can see your point but they don't ,its a fantastic ploy by Microsoft to sell more Xbox Ones and PCs.

If i had a Gaming Rig i would then switch my alliance from Sony Platform to Xbox One,i have both but 99% of the time i buy all my games for the Playstation 4 based on a better resolution ,but if the new Xbox Scorpio blows away the Neo i may have to change my perception and buy on Xbox One,even may have to buy a Gaming Rig.

You're right, but MS are simply subsidising those developers. There's no reason why Sony couldn't if they wanted to. It's not unthinkable.

Now if they straightened up that controller, I'd be tempted too, but I'm still reserving judgement on how many games will crossover between PC and Scorpio. It can't be all. That could be as much as halving the turnover.

Scorpio Video and Specs

Microsoft went first with there press release and you can bet Sony watched this in every single detail,now we have seen Sony Press conference ,notice there was not a single word or reference to the Sony Playstation Neo.

Personally i think they have to change the specification of that model based on what Microsoft bought to the table,it would be foolish not to ?

And there saving grace is the Scorpio is not set for release until November 2017,if this had shipped in the next 6 months i think they would have really stole a march on Sony domination,something the 360 had before Microsoft completely [censored] it up with there Xbox One reveal and alienated gamers who abandoned there gaming platform in favour of Sonys.

But Nelly i do believe what you say about its to late for Sony to Alter the spec of the Neo,but i also feel Microsoft have forced there hand and i bet its a pain in the backside for Sony Backroom developers and heads of departments in design and future upgrades.

I wasn't blown away by Neo specs to be honest,yes its a decent upgrade but it should have been better,and if Sony thought Microsoft wasn't going to come up with something even better then they live in dream world.

Sonys presentation was way better than anything Microsoft had to offer,especially in the games department,but The reveal of the Scorpio has certainly got or must have Sony worried.

Agreed, that would be much fairer.

So Sony VR will be out in the autumn, I thought the reason the Neo was needed was because the standard PS4 is not powerful enough...so does that mean it could be releasing at the same time but not yet announced ? If the Scorpio is considerably more powerful I think Sony could be in trouble.
