I in general don't like retro gaming,my thoughts are if you buy the latest technology then you want the best that the machine can produce in the graphical department,if you play games from the past then stick to older consoles and don't upgrade.

I buy the latest technology as its the only way to play new games, e.g. I didnt buy a ps4 for enhanced graphics, if I wanted the best graphics then I would be buying 2 of the new pascal titan gpu's instead.

Mind you your comment made me chuckle, what would happen if you asked modern big studio game developers to make a blockbuster hit for the super nintendo? I think their heads would explode as they seem to think the only way to improve games is graphics.
