whats you pc specs toad, get a bit of stutter myself but that was bad lol.

Mine
xeon [email protected]
12gb ram
amd 6850 1gb (min recommended spec calls for a 2gb card)
few spinny mechanical storage drives
so very old hardware

Its the classic Frostbite stutter if you do some searches been about since bf3

PlayClaw is very intensive (and, like Fraps is no longer being developed by the look of things). I would have used Fraps, but no longer have the account password for it.

It is better without it, of course, but its not the bet. BF4 is far better... Looks like only the latest computers will be able to run it.

This machine is 16GB RAM, 2.1Ghz nVidia GTS 450.
