Yes indeed, it was this upcoming release that recently brought me to this part of the forum, even though I don't own an Xbox (yet!).
Loved Gears on 360 and can't wait to pack a Gnasher again, it's pathetic really for an old git.

Better get yourself a Xbox One slim then. a much better idea than buying your friends,obviously if your friends is cheap the its a no brainer,but if there isn't much in the price then i would go for the later Slim.

To be honest any technical enhancements of the slim would be wasted on my setup. Though yes you're right, it would be daft paying decent money on an old bit of second hand tech when the original XB1 is being sold new heavily discounted now.

Either way I'm getting this game, even if I have to dial the resolution down on my PC if no other options available. Resistance is futile

You won't be playing with myself and Jorkila then on Xbox One

If Pc and Xbox platforms don't integrate lobbies in this game then sadly that would appear to be the case, my mate's XB1 deal is now off

M$ said (during E3 I think) that GOW4 was being released with cross platform co-op and multiplayer and Horde 3.0 so PC will be able to play with xbox 1 users, I've not seen anything to say that this has changed at all.
