I always see Gas everywhere on BF1, So I decided to equip them and see what all the fuss was about, HOLY SHEET they are good, I've thrown 111 of them hit 277 (I guess it registers each tick of damage you do on someone) and killed 20 and I've got kills with them a good 1min after I've thrown the [censored] things.

Also has anyone had enemys that you've done over 100 damage to not die or take more than 100 damage (this isn't someone healing up behind a rock etc), I've had a number of people run at me who I've shot a number of times and the damage score goes well over 100 and they either then die or still don't die.

I've also got a video of a gas grenade that I throw into a room where my mate has just died and there are 2 people in there I get a gas grenade off in there as I die and I do 330 damage before 1 finally dies (I'm guessing I'm hitting both of them for it to be that high but still thats well over the damage they should be taking)

Do people not realise that you can simply put your gas mask on?

I guess a fair few people don't as I get a fair few "damage" scores of 60-90 often so can just run in with my gun (mask on of course) and finish them off (that's if it doesn't just kill them outright)

It's my fav grenade by far as you can just throw one in a tight spot/flag and if you get damage score you know someone is there, If not it's usually safe as no-one has a gas mask on before gas, Also if you need to retreat back away round a corner and throw a grenade they will either stay away from it and allow you to get away or heal or they come round the corner with either mask off and lose most of their health or with mask on and have to hip fire from range giving you a big advantage it's great.

A lot of top BF youtubers saying the gas grenade is OP and I'd have to agree from my personal use, Although like everything I guess it could just be the way I use them.

I might try them out tonight. Do you need to reach a certain level to unlock them?

They are already unlocked
Me and Tex were talking about how many people are using them. When you go into the gas you have to put on your gas mask straight away or you will start to die. The other good thing about them is that people with a gas mask on can't aim down their sights

Gewehr M.95 Infantry (this is only 1 shot kill with a headshot at ANY range if enemy at full health so seems like its a poor sniper rifle BUT for the way I play aggressive sniper it's awesome as you can take a follow up shot without zooming out (iron sights)

Not unlocked myself yet but I've used the Martini-Henry and Hellriegel and they are crazy fun/good.

The best weapon is the on/off button on the console.........Period

Joking apart its a cracking looking game of which yet again i have invested very little time in it just like previous Battlefield games they seem to completely pass me by within days of releases much prefer to play a decent single player game and Watchdogs 2 is that game along side Dishonoured 2.

Im really struggling with online games in general and find the constant grind of ranking up and unlocking weapons tedious and boring last few years.

Invested a little bit of time with MW Remaster and thats a great game, but then again it fails to have me playing for much more than 1 hour and i quickly go back to one of the many single player games i own.

Apart from the Martini-Henry and Hellriegel all the other decent guns can pretty much be unlocked in a few hours of play, From what I've seen ranking up only give you war bonds to buy weapons and so you only need to level up a few times to get a fair few guns so that again is only a couple hours play.

Been tempted to get BF1 at the current price of £31 but decided not to. I also rather single player games these days as you do not have to commit so much time to them and you can just pause any time. Also not so excited for the WW1 setting, maybe when we are back at WW2 or Vietnam

So at the moment I am doing a second play through of Deus Ex and have Doom on the way, been interested in it for a while and couldn't say no at £14.99
