First attempt...

So many flipping mouse buttons, but the first thing to master is my vertical "awareness"' if that makes sense? You can see on a couple of melee kills that I'm not exactly looking them in the eye!

The non inverted y axis will take a while to feel natural too.

On the PS4?

It certainly feels a lot faster, but the mouse buttons take some getting used to. Three months someone said to me, before you start to really see the benefits.

Yeah you will definitely have an advantage when you master it.. how to you set up mouse and keyboard on PS4 anyway?

Thanks. It's only when it gets hectic and I end up stuck in the corner that it all goes pear shaped. The best handling game so far (by a mile) is Killing Floor 2. Managed to sort the boss first time out.

But when I tried online, it was really choppy, though that could have been because I was stuck in a party of 100ms pingers, whilst on 28ms myself.

BF1 isn't the greatest. The problem is that you cant exceed the maximum turn speed of a controller set up. So you can't do instant 180s as you can on pc. Will keep experimenting with the perfect set up.

Haven't tried it on PC just yet.

It won't change any lag issues, but in a fair fight yeah, quicker is going to be better.

You need an adaptor to play on console. I got the XIM4 because the others are aimed more at the script kiddies and their cheats. It's nearly as expensive as your GPU though, (£133) so probably not worth it for you mate.

I picked up the XIM4, a Corsair K30 gaming keyboard, Logitech G502, a Sony navigator and a decent gaming mat, for £160, all boxed. I bought it for pc basically, as the XIM4 changes the setting profiles automatically from game to game. I'm only practising on PS4 before going and getting my [censored] handed to me on a plate on pc...

Yeah not much chance on me spending that haha

I also picked up a cheap gaming keyboard and mouse but I'm surprised how good they are... first ones I have had with LED back lights, put a smile on my face when first plugged in simple things...

Is it cabled or Wifi/Bluetooth ?

Both are cabled, which is what I wanted.
