Blue Estate is quite funny in parts - mixture of visual and word gags..

Broken Sword can also be funny too...

And of course, the funny game to almost end all funny games, is the funny Monkey Island series...

Yea Monkey Island games were funny smile
Far cry was funny too if you eavesdropped on the guards
