All hardware have drivers, as been said by ian72, they may have Ms drivers, but they still need drivers.
The sound chip on your board is a Realtek ALC1150, most boards have realtek in , so you need the High definition drivers

here, i never realised that they have not been updated since 2017, but I suppose they do not need to be, MSI have some
here.
But I think they are the same anyway as they are the same date.
i love my little Asus card, they don't make it anymore sadly. another mate of mine is going to buy the higher end product for music production
