Nothing wrong with AOL then

apart from a comprehensive failure to diagnose the problem and sending out a BT engineer to a fault free line

"IP profile for your line is - 1500 kbps" - not difficult, really.

Hi

How do I do that? do AOL or BT need to do it?

Who is at fault here?

Thanks for the help

Steve

If it is your BRAS profile that needs resetting, you have to contact AOL to ask BT to do it - you can't ask BT yourself
If your BRAS has lowered due to you having sync problems, it should reset itself within 3 days as long as your problems have gone away.
Do you know any reason why you may have sync problems, new sky box, dect phone, etc??
