hi all silly question but how do you get the browser back in internet explorer (the place where you type the web pages) i know i'm thick i come from kent

thanks Andrew i think its the long address bar i'm can't get only getting one about two inches long

You might have too many toolbars open on that line. Try switch off some of the toolbars or moving them elsewhere. I assume you're using IE6?

Hover over the edge of the address bar and the cursor should change to something like

<->

Then click'n'drag left right to change the size of it.

thanks all, got it sorted out don't know how i lost it in the first place, in the end did a system restore
