For how long do BT keep changing your IP Profile?

Nearly a month into a new connection (which I only use at weekends) BT are still changing my proflie according to my sync speed. Will they always do this or will it stay at a fixed rate at some point?

It will always do this, as the sync speed will always have the potential to change.
