Bras rate

Over the weekend my router re synced at a very low speed of 3.6mbit or so giving me a bras rate of 3000kbit. However today i made my router resync on purpose at about 6am or so. And its connected at 4128 kbps. But my bras rate is still 3000. Shouldn't it have gone upto 3500?

Aww thats annoying. Specialy since it went down to 3000 the instant i synced at that low speed. Seems unfair that it will drop instantly but take 5 days to go back up.
