Your stats show there is nothing wrong with your phone line (maximum standard ADSL syncs of 8128/448).

so why is it cutting out and soooo slow. think a change of isp wud do good

(I can't find an exchange called Salford)

I had some problems with AOL a few hours after you made that post. The connection cut out briefly and then nothing would load after. Had to reset the router and eventually got things going again. P.S. I'm on a non-LLU exchange.
