HELP!!!! 135kbps Ip Profile!!!!!!!!!!!

[link to this post]

Hi guys,

Today I came home and found that my ip profile had dropped to 135kbps although my router was syncing at 8128kbps.

How long will it take for an increase of this size? 135kbps - 7150kbps?

Thanks

must be an error with the tester, seems unlikely a jump of that magnitude would occur under any circumstances, what do speed tests show ? and did you know if you had LLU on your exchange you would receive around 24mb/s ?

I did indeed know that if I had LLU at my exchange, I would be able to recieve 24mbps. I don't have LLU at my exchange.

I know that it isn't the tester because all my downloads are around 17kb/s lol as opposed to 850kb/s which I get normally.

Any idea on the Ip Profile increase time?

Should be same day for that sort of jump. I've seen 135 to 4Meg in a couple of hours before

Probably a long burst of noise that say the modem resync at around 160Kbps, then drop line againi, at which point noise had gone
