Connection ordered 2 days ago, but already getting sync

Though I cant confirm as I dont have username and password.

Signed up for Sky LLU, had my own Sky Netgear router I purchased last year from Ebay, plugged it in last night and it synced but only gave a 586 download speed and 286 upload speed and the internet light was green but the green tick was off.

Win 7 reports internet access!

Is this just a glitch as I can even get line stats!

The line is still connected to a DSLAM/MSAN at the exchnage, but no ISP link set up.

Do you mean 576 and 288? That would be a 512kbps fixed speed connection on a BT Wholesale system.

Could be, the router is turned off at the moment so cant recheck, I was going to try again when new router comes.

I can get the line stats too if needed.

Not worth getting stats until properly connected. We have no idea what is configured on the DSLAM, and on Sky LLU you will be moved to one of theirs anyway.
