Interleaving increases your latency so can be bad for gaming, but enables in-flight error correction so minimising the need for packets to be re-transmitted, so can be good for gaming and also for big downloads.
So really the decision depends on your error and error correction figures now, which we can see from your full stats.
See here for help finding them, and if you post them we can comment. If the stats don't say how long you have been connected then have a rough guess and tell us that as well. The counts without knowing how long they have taken to add up don't tell us much.
It's only at the top speeds like yours that interleaving reduces the connection speed. There's a good explanation
here on the same site.
If you PM BT_Care with your BT username and phone number, and perhaps a link to this thread, they can get it turned off for you. Trying through normal support isn't a good idea.
