Andrew Crossley acted negligently says ICO as it fines him

Andrew Crossley, the owner of the now defunct solicitors firm ACS Law has been fined £1,000 by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for negligence.

But by winding up his company, he has managed to escape a more punitive measure of a £200,000 fine for failing to keep people's information secure.

Fined only a £1,000. That is disgusting after extorting money out of many broadband customers.

He's meant to be skint so anything more couldn't be payed anyhow.

Probably sleeping on a very well stuffed and lumpy mattress imo. He certainly didn't blow much money on court fees collecting from those who just binned his letters.


If you can't fix it with a hammer you've got an electrical problem.
