BQM Evening latency :: General Broadband Chatter

Recently I've noticed that between 8pm to 10pm on week nights (Sun-Thurs) the general latency rises a lot. However on Friday and Saturday nights not so. Is this a BTW thing or an ISP thing perhaps?

It doesn't seem to affect my setup. Just wondering if the rollout of faster broadband across the nation is increasing the overall demand, or if my ISP needs to light up more capacity. I've included a few examples:

Wednesday 12th Oct.

Friday 14th Oct.

Sunday 16th Oct.

Friday shows normal usage, while the other two show increased line latency, rather than usage latency (if that makes sense?). This has started in the past 2-3 weeks.
