What are the rules?

Your question is a little opaque.
If you mean the rules for Market Classification into M1, M2, M3 then the rules themselves are a little complex and likely to change during the next 12 months anyway. They are designed and implemented by OfCom, with revised lists/classifications only issued at long intervals. If the number of suppliers at an exchange changes in the meantime the classification does not change automatically.
The current list is the one from December 2010 - I have a link somewhere I can't find immediately. (And a copy I think). The next issue is currently scheduled for March 2014, following this Call for Inputs.

Probably Market 1, with a remote possibility of Market 2. It tells you in the bottom right corner, under the LLU list.

It is Market 2 which has amazed me as it's BT only here.
I was looking for when it changed, but can't find anything.

It probably used to have Orange LLU, which no longer exists. So it would change down if the rules stay the same in 2014.

AFAIK It's never had any LLU, it's only had ASDL
It was Market 1 when I first moved here about 6 years ago.
Only noticed the change as I now get cheaper BB.

Do you expect it to be? If so, why?

Only noticed the change as I now get cheaper BB. It could be that when the classifications were set an LLU supplier had scheduled it for unbundling, but that fell through. Scheduled unbundling was taken into consideration.
Here's the link to the current lists. Appendix 1 (PDF page 145) onwards.

Thanks Roberto
It's listed as market 2 must be a reason I guess.
I wonder what suppler would have tried LLU for 2,000 premises?

Sky and/or TalkTalk, that is the sort of exchange size they are unbundling these days

Hopefully I will get more of a choice in the next couple of years.
Or more importantly it stays Market 2
