Your question is a little opaque.
If you mean the rules for Market Classification into M1, M2, M3 then the rules themselves are a little complex and likely to change during the next 12 months anyway. They are designed and implemented by OfCom, with revised lists/classifications only issued at long intervals. If the number of suppliers at an exchange changes in the meantime
the classification does not change automatically.
The current list is the one from December 2010 - I have a link somewhere I can't find immediately. (And a copy I think). The next issue is currently scheduled for March 2014, following
this Call for Inputs.
