I didn't see the graph before, but I do now (cheers Roberto).
Leaving aside the 8pm-9pm bit, there's a tiny bit of packets loss (the red dots along the top). This is nothing to worry about. The ping looks fine at 30ms or less. As Roberto says, after the router switch, you have far more latency (yellow) on the line, but this might be the line in use?
Best to look at it on its quiet period (usually during the night) to see jitter or spikes, and if possible leave it for an evening to see how an idle line in the busy period is (not easy to not use the broadband, I know

).
I see your downstream SNR is 3.1dB...is this intentional? The standard setting is usually 6dB*. You might be getting a little trouble from that, but you'll need to monitor your
linestat errors (especially the ES errors).
* I'm not familiar with Sky's default settings, so it might be spot on. Also not sure about interleave and fastpath on Sky (Google for both terms for an explanation).
