There is cheaper but this one at £95 will do what you want https://amzn.to/2K4p5ua Netgear NETGEAR Nighthawk 11AC 2200 Mbps X4

The Ethernet socket will let you connect an Ethernet switch for multiple devices and to devices will look like they are plugged into the parents router.

For cheaper consider the 1.2 Gbps model at £38.49, the more expensive one will give you better wireless coverage from the repeated signal.

You are looking for devices that have a wireless bridge mode

I wouldnt expect the WiFi link between the houses to give much throughout. You seem to be talking about a lot of devices needing simultaneous connection. Some not needing much throughout, but some critical.

Is the broadband connection itself unlimited data? What speed does that connect at and what is it used for by your parents? The throughput on that is also to be considered.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.
