BQM meaning

[link to this post]

My broadband has been laggy for a while, I just checked my BQM and it's very colourful

My Broadband Ping

What does it indicate?

Three periods of about two hours when your connection was effectively down. for a start.

My Broadband Ping

What does it indicate?
Three periods of apparently complete inability to transfer data and in between some rather ugly latency implying either an overloaded router or an overloaded network.

For reference this is what a good quality connection should look like:

Are you on perhaps Virgin broadband. The superhub is known to randomly not respond to ping requests but your monitor seems to show regular blocks of red and very poor latency at other times. Do you have no internet connection during the red block periods? If you have a connection the blame is certainly on the hub.

No I'm on Plusnet 80/20 with a HG612 and a Fritzbox 7390 as it is a Huawei cabinet, I was banded at 60000 until last week when plusnet sent BT to visit. The BT man said he couldn't find anything wrong but he changed the fibre port, removed the banding and set SNR to 6.5. After the 3 days training it is back at 73450 but the profile is set to 64630 at present.
Todays graph is

My Broadband Ping

And here it is from 5/7/19 the last day without 3 red bands

As Realalemadrid asked, is your Internet actually working at all during those red periods?
