Hurry up and finish my FTTP Installation.…

I don't trust AAISP LibreSpeed test
I just did several speed tests using AAISP LibreSpeed

Getting consistently over 79Mbps. In this test I got 79.7Mbps. Over 20Mbps upload every single time using TalkTalk FTTC. And always under 5ms response time.
With Internet Frog
https://i.imgur.com/6XC1WI7.jpg I get 80.4Mbps and SpeedGuide.net also gives me 80Mbps.
It's unfortunate that the OP doesn't have FTTC. ADSL is horrible, not just from a speed point of view but it's very unreliable. In fact when I had ADSL until only February even though my Cabinet got upgraded in October 2019.
My speeds sometimes would drop to 0.10Mbps when my noise margins dropped to 2dB from 9dB until the SNR bounced back and would give me 12Mbps on ADSL! This also tended to happen when it rained or wind.
I no longer suffer from this problem last 5 months since switching to FTTC. If OP is on a plan for FTTP of-course no guarantees that he will get it, should circumstances change such as wayleave.
If FTTP is not planned, he may look into
https://www.bt.com/broadband/USO Universal Service Obligation will qualify as it is less than 10Mbps.
