Timico line charges

[link to this post]

I too am with Timico following takeover of Com Coms who took over Adsl24..

Although not perfect I've found their support helpful and quick to reply to phone or email enquires.
When I had issues with low speeds a couple of years ago I was told I my need a visit by a Talktalk engineer.
That was when I found out the Talktalk provided my line. This was confirned recently when I asked for a quote for FTTC and Talktalk connection predictions were used.

My invoices (found by logging in to Timico Portal) show :-

Calls-fixed line outbound £10.95

Broadband Rental Coms DSL200 £21.40

prices are ex VAT

What do other Timico user find on their invoices?

BT line checker shows "no information available",as one would expect.

Thanks for that.
How much were you paying Coms.Com before you transferred over to Timico?
As I have stated in other posts most providers packages are broadband with line rental included and you can find several isps offering this for under £25 easily.

Whilst that is certainly true, in your case it's the past that's relevant rather than what other ISPs are offering today.

In the past it was much cheaper than £25 as well.

Again not really relevant. The only relevant charge is what Timico said that they were going to charge you five years ago when you were moved to their "service". I hope that you have proof that line rental was included in what you have been paying each month for the last five years otherwise .... It would help if you also had proof of what your former ISP was charging you prior to the move and for what. It's some years ago however hopefully you still have a record of what you contracted to pay each month and again for what.

Yes I have a bill from Coms.com and then from Timico when they took over showing the amounts to pay.
Also a letter saying the pricing and service will not change.
