I too am with Timico following takeover of Com Coms who took over Adsl24..
Although not perfect I've found their support helpful and quick to reply to phone or email enquires.
When I had issues with low speeds a couple of years ago I was told I my need a visit by a Talktalk engineer.
That was when I found out the Talktalk provided my line. This was confirned recently when I asked for a quote for FTTC and Talktalk connection predictions were used.
My invoices (found by logging in to Timico Portal) show :-
Calls-fixed line outbound £10.95
Broadband Rental Coms DSL200 £21.40
prices are ex VAT
What do other Timico user find on their invoices?
BT line checker shows "no information available",as one would expect.
