Broadband Outage. Ashington Exchange NEAT

Hiya,

Can anyone see what’s up with broadband on the ashington, Northumberland exchange? code is NEAT.

There was a mass loss of sync across the town on Sunday and again now. It’s impacting many providers and a reasonable wide area (so not just one cab).

Vodafone weren’t much use in explaining what was going on.

My FTTC line is currently synced but can’t connect to Vodafone (who I think use BT wholesale?)

Probably linked to the headend fault in Morpeth
