Telephone engineer

[link to this post]

Hello

I'm looking for a recommendation for a telephone engineer who services the North/North West London area to move a phone socket.

I'm not sure where would be the best place to look fwr an engineer recommendation, any ideas please - either if you know of any engineers you could recommend, or have any suggestions of where/how to find one?

Thanks in advance

Is it a master socket? If so you can arrange it via your ISP, they will issue openreach and they will detail the charges.

If it’s an extension it’s quite easy to DIY.

That is a large area - and for one socket, unlikely to get a sensible price if travel is involved.

Be more specific which town.

No ‘r’ at the end Ian, but a good suggestion.

Ah, yes (or "r" yes), as I typed it I was questioning myself but didn't have time to check it up. There is another as well that I have used but can't think of it now.

In the end we went with SC Connect
https://www.scconnect.co.uk/

He was booked up for a week or so but when he came he was very efficient.

Hope this helps someone.
