What limit do you currently have with your ISP on the FUP?

To my knowledge MSN "messenger" in itself uses practicly nothing.

Just text chat on MSN uses almost nothing,

But if transferring pictures, using video or audio streaming then the usage may be higher, but even then would have to be high to beat 1.4GB from the two films.

Download how ?
as a direct save/download ?
or
using Peer 2 Peer like bit-torrent etc ?
because these will share up again... and this will be included also. (i.e. potentially the same ammount as you downloaded).

Tiscali has a well publicised FUP already, and it is often based on the usage for a day or so, so on the days you do the odd movie download you can slow things down.

MSN will count towards the 10GB (10000MB) allowance, but as if they are just text chatting you can ignore it.

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/faq/sections/beginners.html#63 shows roughly how much a few applications use.

I suspect the world would be a much better place if people like you were unable to have children.

There is no need for this sort of attack on another poster.
