Wanted : DSL Cap but no shapping

I would like a new ISP as my current one is useless, im with eclipse flext500 which is apprently uncapped and no shapping but my downloads from some places are limited to exactly 25kbps until the morning and then its upto 48-55kbps..

Anyway so would like an ISP with a monthly contract, no shapping and a cap (around 5-10gb will do me. No need for email or webspace but good customer care would be a nice suprise!

Cheaper is better but would pay for quality..

So far only found Zen, any other ideas?

Again, a little misleading (but getting better). Your statements imply active traffic shaping by all ISPs, when you know full well many lie dormant (in fact, Entanet have disconnected their traffic shaping equipment and, last time I saw a post referring to it, were waiting for the vendor to collect it.
You well know these clauses in the T & Cs are there for the protection of the ISP and its customers. Just because an item is mentioned in their T & Cs, it doesn't mean they're actually doing it.

To clarify, all ISPs reserve the right (by means of their terms and conditions) to traffic shape/traffic prioritise, to protect their networks from extreme conditions.

In which case, your statements are misleading.

My position which hasn't changed is that all ISPs use traffic shaping to protect their network and if you want proof you will find it in their T&Cs. I have already given examples of statements used in T&Cs that prove it.
