BT Speedtest and Java

[link to this post]

I've been trying to do a BT speedtest today, but I keep managing to get the Java red cross in the top left hand corner. I'm trying both IE7 and Firefox. It's always worked fine in both before. I managed to get it to work in IE7 this morning, (tho many times I returned "An error has occurred" at the last page). But this evening I can't even load the main page, and I just get the Java sign at the top (in both IE7 and FF)? Any clues?

Also the BT speedtest is a limited resource app, so can behave oddly at times
